A product being built
The site shows the product we are working towards. Characters, conversations, approvals and share controls are interactive demonstrations. They do not connect to your accounts or perform real work. Roadmap features and timing may change. Joining the waitlist does not buy a subscription or guarantee an invitation by a particular date.
Your place on the waitlist
Use an email address you control. One email address gets one place, including if you sign up again. We may remove automated, abusive or fraudulent registrations. We use your details as described in our privacy policy. You can leave by emailing [email protected].
The founding offer
The first 1,000 valid waitlist registrations qualify to keep their launch subscription price for life. Your founding number is returned when you join. We will explain the eligible launch plan, its included features and how to claim the offer before asking you to subscribe. Joining costs nothing and requires no payment details.
The promise applies to the launch subscription price for the eligible plan you take up. It does not promise unlimited work, third-party services or every future plan. We will not silently reduce an allocated share mid-month. Ordinary price changes require at least sixty days' notice; the founding price promise continues to apply to qualifying members. Any remaining claim or cancellation details will be disclosed before purchase and will not remove the promised price protection from a qualifying subscription.
When teammates become available
You choose each teammate's connections, job and permitted actions. You must have authority to access the accounts and data you connect. You can revoke Google access in your Google account, as well as disconnect in the service. Do not share passwords or payment details in ordinary chat.
Teammates can make mistakes. Review consequential actions and information before relying on them. Payments, permanent deletion and credential actions require a human approval. All sends and replies require approval in a teammate's first seven days. Approvals happen in the app or on your phone, never by email.
The service is for people aged eighteen or older. Do not use it unlawfully, to invade another person's privacy, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to bypass access controls. Access to a provider must also follow that provider's terms.
Google data and permissions
Connecting Google is optional and uses Google's consent process. We access only the data and permissions needed to provide the features you authorise. Our use and transfer of Google API data will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use. See our privacy policy for the types of data, processing, storage, sharing and deletion controls.
Content and availability
You keep ownership of your content. You give us only the permission needed to process it for the service you request. The website's brand, design and original material belong to Proxima or their respective owners. Third-party product names identify compatibility and do not imply endorsement.
We aim to keep the site available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. We do not limit those rights with a blanket disclaimer.
Changes to these terms
